Your responsibilities

• Customer support: Act as a competent point of contact for our customers in the Baltic countries and provide professional advice
• Project management: Ensure compliance with deadlines, budgets, quality standards and alignement with the timeline throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Interdisciplinary collaboration: Work closely with design, production, and assembly teams to bring projects to successful completion
• International coordination: Support customers on-site in the Baltic region and ensure smooth project handovers from the headquarters

Your profile

• Education in production technology, engineering or a comparable technical field
• Good command of German
• Experience in project management or planning
• Excellent command of Lithuanian
• English language is a plus
• Willingness to travel internationally
• Strong communication skills, team spirit, and a structured approach to work
